Here is a photo of MSN047 (F-WWAD) for Qantas on the 7th June showing only three of the Qantas engine logos have been applied, some flap systems yet to be installed and a escape slide to be installed. My guess for not the full flaps installed is because as the final assembly line and body join is getting very busy with a new A380 coming almost every 4 weeks now. So they are finishing FAL on the flightline as the final bits to install can be installed in the open.
