Both MSN038 (Lufthansa) and MSN028 (Emirates) are now scheduled for a first flight on 8th October and a ferry flight on the 9th. If there are no delays this would make it the first time that two A380s make there first flight on the same day. MSN028 and MSN038 are scheduled for delivery in March 2010.
In other news. MSN027 for Qantas is scheduled to make its way out of the outfitting hangers on the 10th October. MSN027 is scheduled to be delivered in November. MSN009 for Emirates is still schduled for a first flight on the 12th October and a ferry flight that same day.
And last but not least. One of our forum members visited the Final Assembly Line last week and confirmed that MSN030 is having its engines attached. Roll out for MSN030 should be very soon with a scheduled first flight of November 3rd.
