She was originally scheduled to perform a “Rejected Take-Off” test, but it was postponed until tomorrow.

Yesterday, Emirates’ twenty-sixth A380 (MSN106) was ferried to Hamburg for cabin outfitting and painting.

Last week, we reported that MSN106 experienced engine problems several minutes into her first fight, and that the crew decided to end the test flight, returning to Toulouse without incident.
Airbus cleared MSN106 to return to flight testing on Monday.

Delivery of Emirates’ twenty-second A380 (MSN101) has been delayed two weeks due to an electrical fault found in the cabin lighting system.

Originally scheduled for delivery on April 5th, MSN101 will now be delivered to Emirates on April 20th. The cause of the lighting system fault is currently being investigated.
She will wear A6-EDV as her civilian registration.

Yesterday, Malaysia Airlines’ first A380 (MSN078) emerged from the hangars in her new colors.

A few touches still need to be added, and painting is expected to be completed next week.
She will carry civil registration 9M-MNA.
