Airbus’s second A380 prototype (MSN004) was damaged during this week’s Paris Airshow.

As you can see, her wingtip hit one of the airport buildings. Shortly after the incident, Airbus announced that she will not be performing at the airshow.

She has since been flown back to Toulouse for repairs.

Update:

The Airbus twitter account announced that MSN004 has been repaired and will return to the airshow tomorrow.

Yesterday, the second A380 prototype (MSN004) emerged from the hangars, in the new Airbus “house” livery.

What do you think of the new house colours? You can discuss it HERE.
