Yesterday, Korean Air’s fifth A380 (MSN075) performed her first cabin test flight.


Delivery to the airline is expected later in the quarter.

Yesterday, Korean Air’s fifth A380 (MSN075) was transferred to Hamburg.


MSN075 first flew in mid May, but only passed her flight checks this week.

Yesterday, Korean Air’s fifth A380 (MSN075) performed her first flight.


MSN075 spent a few hours in the air, testing her systems, before heading back to Toulouse. She will be transfered to Hamburg, later in the week.

Earlier this week, Korean Air’s fifth A380 (MSN075) began engine and taxi tests.


First flight is currently scheduled for tomorrow.

Yesterday, Korean Air’s fifth A380 (MSN075) completed final assembly.


MSN075 took just twelve weeks to complete assembly, and can now claim the title of the fastest A380 to go through through assembly, beating Emirate’s sixteenth A380 (MSN077) by one week.

As predicted, the first convoy for 2011 will leave on January 3rd and arrive in Toulouse on January 6th.


The center and rear fuselages, as well as the tailplane are for Korean Air’s fifth A380 (MSN075). The forward fuselage, wings and the extra rear fuselage are for a yet unknown MSN.

The final convoy for 2010 has arrived in Toulouse, containing components for two new frames.


The forward, center and rear fuselages, as well as the tailplane are for Emirate’s seventeenth A380. The wings and the extra forward fuselage, are for Korean Air’s fifth A380 (MSN075).

The first convoy for 2011 is scheduled to begin on January 3rd.

In summary for 2010, a total of eighteen A380s were convoyed, plus an extra forward, center and rear fuselage, and a wing pair.
