She used AIB01ST as her flight number, and after spending two hours in the air, returned to the Toulouse flight-line.

She is expected to perform her first flight next week.
Earlier this week, Singapore Airlines’ seventeenth A380 (MSN079) completed final assembly.
She spent a total time of twenty-three weeks in final assembly, which is almost twice as long as the recent average.
Delivery to the airline is expected in Q2 2012.

MSN079 was scheduled to become the airlines sixteenth A380, however MSN082 completed assembly first.

MSN082 took only eleven weeks to complete assembly, which makes her the most quickly assembled frame yet. She even overtook the airline’s sixteenth A380 (MSN079).
Earlier this week, Airbus announced the next A380 convoy.
The components being convoyed will be used for Singapore Airlines sixteenth A380 (MSN079), and a yet unknown MSN.
Convoy #6/2011 will begin on the 21st March, and arrive in Toulouse on the 24th March.
